My guest on today’s podcast is Jerod Work. Jerod is the doctor of pharmacy and co-founder of Entegro, which is a health and nutritional company that focuses on “gut health”. What’s unique about Jerod’s story is how he has made the transition from being a retail pharmacist to researching and developing a liquid probiotic and co-founding Entegro. Jerod shares his passion for preventative medicine and gives some background of what made him think differently about being more proactive in treatment.
In this episode, we talk about some of the challenges in matching the production of the probiotics with rapidly growing sales. We discuss how this startup company is defining success in their mission statement: to help others obtain their best health, allowing them to better fulfill their God-given purpose for life. We conclude the interview by discussing how Jerod’s success and impact are driven by a passion and desire for providing a product with the goal of better health outcomes, and how he is giving of his time and talents to serve in the community.
I hope you enjoy this episode of the IMPACT Podcast!
